Accountant

Location: Kuala Lumpur

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

1.  Maintain and ensure master data regarding material ledger, inventory valuation, production planning budget, intra-company transfer pricing, cost centre accounting, fixed assets and project accounting are performed timely and accurately.

2.  Maintain and ensure monthly standard and actual price calculation for all material included in material ledger are performed timely and accurately with correct stock valuation.

3.  Maintain and ensure estimation and year-end inventory valuation are performed timely and accurately follow group guideline.

4.  Maintain and ensure the revision and year-end production planning budget are performed timely and accurately follow group guideline.

5.  Maintain, review and ensure monthly cost centre, cycle allocation and reconciliation analysis are performed timely and accurately.

6.  Review and analyse of fixed assets, project accounting transactions and Non Trade Business transactions

7.  Perform Month end closing and Year-End closing activities timely and accurately.

8.  Provide advice to internal customers and controlling units on all matters regarding material ledger, inventory valuation, intra-company transfer pricing, cost centre accounting.

9.  Troubles shoot and resolve issues related to Management Accounting process by working with relevant stakeholders on the queries and issues.

10.  Provide support on payroll administration

 

 

Requirements:

 

-      University degree or above in finance and accounting; Certified Professional Accountant qualification or equivalent

-      At least 8 years of experience in similar position particularly in management accounting

-      Working experience in a managerial role in MNCs is an advantage

-      Exposure in HR and Administration function is a plus

-      Knowledge in SAP is a plus

-      Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in other Asian language is an advantage

-      Detailed minded and Independent

-      Self-motivated and able to work under pressure

Business Development Manager

Location: Sydney

 

Main Responsibilities:

Contracting Sales Account Manager

Location: China,  Shenzhen

 

Main Responsibilities:

Executive – Front Office

Location: Mumbai

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

1.  Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.

2.  Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges. Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation

3.  Maintains safe and clean reception / office & Factory area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations .Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

4.  Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance , troubleshooting failures, calling for repairs, monitoring equipment  operation

IT Engineer

Main Responsibilities:

 

1.  Maintain the company’s information system

2.  Provide daily technical support on hardware, software, networking monitoring and computer service to end-user via phone and direct approach

Marketing Communications Specialist

Location: China, Shanghai

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

1.  Develops and implements communications programs and messages including marketing communications, publicity, editorial support, web and WeChat content, direct marketing to educate and inform key stakeholders including customers, management, employees, trade media and interest groups

2.  Work with global & local sales/product team closely to generate sounded success stories, multimedia contents and publish in different channels (social media, website, newsletter, etc.)

3.  Develop the digital marketing strategy and lead the execution. Monitor the analytics reports and point out key areas of social media & SEO improvements.

4.  Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments

Regional Application Consultant

Location: China (Shenzhen, Beijing,)

Main Responsibilities:

 

1.  Establish good and lasting relationships with designing institutes and consulting firms and maintain such relationships.

2.  Promote Belimo products to be in brand libraries of consulting firms in specific projects.

3.  Help sales engineers to coordinate problems with designing institutes, consulting firms according to the arrangement of the regional manager.

4.  Promote products and solutions to designing institutes and consulting firms.

5.  Provide technical support for regional OEM team’s sales promotion activity.

6.  Collect and analyse information of important constructions and projects in the region.

Requirements:

 

-      Bachelor in HVAC related majors from a full-time university (4 or 5 years) or above;

-      Working experience of HVAC designing in the domestic large-scale designing institutes or similar positions in real estate industry; intermediate title;

-      Strong knowledge of professional business knowledge.

-      At least 5 years relevant working experience.

-      Familiar with the main equipment of central air conditioning project and their designing parameters, operating parameters, operating conditions. At least include:

-      Familiar with work process of a designing institute, understand the relevant national design specifications and standards;

-      Capable of using AutoCAD, Tengen and other mapping software;

-      Good ability of reading technical drawings, familiar with equipment selection and understanding of professional installation methods;]

Main Responsibilities:

Product Manager

Location: China, Shanghai

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

1.  Work with Sales teams and Key Customers in China to pro-actively obtain market trends and requirements for future product needs within a defined product or application family

2.  Develop a clear overall product portfolio strategy to ensure that our Customers have a complete range of products to meet the target markets needs.

3.  Capture and document market requirements for new products.

4.  Lead the marketing and general project management process and ensure that the new products meet market requirement and the profitability and strategic targets.

5.  Introduce new products to the Sales teams and Key Customers and support them in the introduction of new products to their customers.

National Sales Manager

Location: Mumbai

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

1.    Create and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve targeted product and market position for his/her assigned Business region.
