Senior Executive - Accounts (Mumbai)

Main Responsibilities:

 

1.    Managing basic accounts functions for Statutory & Internal Audits, Balance sheet finalization

2.    Month-end, Quarter end and year end closing

3.    Managing statutory functions & ensuring compliance of Income Tax (TDS), Excise & other Government taxes & duties along with Tax audit and finalizations

4.    Handling Returns of Sales Tax, Excise, VAT and monthly TDS challan, File Deposit and pay by e-payment

5.    Responsible for accounts closing & MIS reporting on monthly basis. & ensuring adherence to reporting deadlines

6.    Maintaining ledger, petty imprest account, bank liasioning, reconciliation of accounts. 

7.    Planning and active participation in Budget preparations

8.    Implementing standard operating procedures

9.    Involvement in all matters related to Accounting, Legal, and ROC

 

Requirements:

 

-        Degree or Master Degree in Commerce

-        5 - 7 years of relevant working experience

-        Hands-on experience in daily accounting operation

-        Good commend of written and spoken English

-        SAP and CRM knowledge is an advantage

-        Proficiency in computer operation (especially in MS Office)

-        Good Communication and Interpersonal skills

Incoming Quality Engineer (Shanghai)

Main Responsibilities:

 

1.    Execute incoming inspection according incoming inspection process and instruction

2.    Samples (new design, design change, supplier change) inspection

3.    Responsible interface for handling quality issues on incoming goods and following up/ verifying corrective actions of supplier

4.    Responsible for communication on modification of inspection instruction and checklist

5.    Support engineering for acceptance testing of incoming inspection requirements and testing scheme

6.    Responsible for statistical reports on incoming quality

7.    Gauges and test tools / equipment calibration management

8.    Other tasks assigned by line manager

 

Requirements:

 

-        University degree or equivalent certificates in technology engineering or related field.

-        Educational and professional experience in the field quality Management or incoming good quality control / assurance for > 3 Years

-        Knowledge in Technology/quality testing about quality management systems are advantageous

-        HVAC products and application experience are of advantage

-        Profound PC skills (MS Office)

-        Knowledge in SAP is an advantage

-        Quality System knowledge (ISO9001, ISO14001)

-        Proficient in English and Mandarin

-        Good communication skills with internal and external

-        Flexible, independent approach, reliable, physically resilient team player, responsible, open, communicative and persistent

Planner (Shanghai)

Main Responsibilities:

 

1.    Responsible for Chinese sales order and delivery note issues such as material lead time checking, IQC priority arrangement, release production order, production line capacity, etc

2.    Responsible for part of SAP Master Data maintenance, including Material Masters, bill of Materials, schedule lines, source lists etc. in China

3.    Daily Coordination with Sales China

4.    Daily coordination with purchasing for material planning and on time delivery from supplier

5.    Responsible for safety stock, rounding value monitoring and maintaining for plant Shanghai

6.    Responsible for slow moving, scraping, and return issue

7.    Support engineer changing order for plant Shanghai

8.    Responsible for material and requirements planning with China Product Management and all international contacts

9.    Daily & Monthly planning report for sales order overview

10. Support AP planning issues

 

Requirements:

 

-        Bachelor degree in Mechanics, Electrics, engineering, logistics or equivalent

-        IT and PC skills, knowledge of SAP (Spec, modules MM + PP)

-        2-3 years supply chain planning/coordination experience

-        Ability to cope with pressure

-        Perform in accuracy

-        Fluent written and oral English is a plus

-        Ability to work in a team, sense of order, quality awareness, flexibility (being able to be assigned to different positions)

-        Willingness to learn new things

-        Deal with time constraints and deadlines; self-motivated, self-organized

Regional Application Consultant (Shanghai)

Main Responsibilities:

 

1.    Establish good and lasting relationships with designing institutes and consulting firms and maintain such relationships

2.    Promote Belimo products to be in brand libraries of consulting firms in specific projects

3.    Help sales engineers to coordinate problems with designing institutes, consulting firms according to the arrangement of the regional manager

4.    Promote products and solutions to designing institutes and consulting firms

5.    Collect and analyze information of important constructions and projects in the region, and support new product projects in the practical operating aspects, including write and compile articles for the company

 

Requirements:

 

-        Bachelor Degree or above in HVAC or related majors

-        At least 5 years working experience of HVAC designing in the domestic large-scale designing institutes or similar positions in real estate industry; intermediate title;

-        Strong knowledge of professional business knowledge

OEM Sales Engineer (Shanghai)

Main Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Product Manager (Shanghai)

Main Responsibilities:

 

1. Work with Sales teams and Key Customers in China to pro-actively obtain market trends and requirements for future product needs within a defined product or application family

2. Develop a clear overall product portfolio strategy to ensure that our Customers have a complete range of products to meet the target markets needs

3. Capture and document market requirements for new products

4. Lead the marketing and general project management process and ensure that the new products meet market requirement and the profitability and strategic targets

5. Introduce new products to the Sales teams and Key Customers and support them in the introduction of new products to their customers

6. Support Sales teams and Key Customers in marketing existing products in providing clear technical and sales documentation, effective training, appropriate promotion material, etc.

7. Monitor and optimize the volume and profitability of the product family

8. Provide fast feedback and product support to Sales teams and Key Customers where required in day-to-day business, working together with the technical responsible person

9. Ensure a timely sales delivery to Sales teams and Key Customers in conjunction with the logistics team

10. Ensure a smooth phasing out of obsolete or replaced products

11. Takes up tasks and assignment as and when assigned by the Head of Product Care

12. Build up close relation and get regular updated from CH HQ SVT teams

13. Be a productive team member of the product management team

 

Requirements:

 

- Degree or above in Automation or HVAC engineering

- More than 5 years working experience in HVAC industry or related field

- Good knowledge of main systems and communication protocol in HVAC and good at system debugging

- Good commend of written and spoken English

Customer Support Engineer (Mumbai)

Main Responsibilities:

 

1. Attend technical issues at site

2. Give guidance over phone to resolve issues

3. Co-ordinate with BMS provider for integration of VAV's, BTU Meters, Energy valve and wireless sensors into their system

5. Impart technical training

 

Requirements

 

- Bachelor Degree in E. Instrumentation / Diploma in Electronics

3-5 years in HVAC controls 

- Good knowledge in HVAC products

- Hands-on experience in trouble shooting in HVAC products particular in damper actuators, control and motorized butterfly valves

- Hands-on experience in trouble shooting in thermostats, controllers and sensors

- Knowledge in integration of VAV, BTU meters and wireless sensors in BMS preferred

National Sales Manager (Mumbai)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Create and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve targeted product and market position for his/her assigned Business region.

2. Works out feasible regional Business sales and expenses budgets and supports the accomplishments of them.

3. Ensure adequate availability of suitable physical infrastructure such as office, engineering or warehousing space, IT infrastructure, etc. for Belimo support business.

4. Active participation in the development of the distribution policy for each sales area in his/her region.

5. Ongoing evaluation of the company's market share position in his/her assigned region.

6. Recommend pricing strategies and sales policies for all sales channels in his/her Divisional Unit to the Head of the Business Unit South West Asia.

7. Support of the Sales- offices and Key Customers in the areas of Sales & Marketing, and product knowledge and application.

8. Planning and active participation in national/regional shows.

9. Coordinates his/her Divisional efforts and shares the best practice with other regional Business Managers within South West Asia

10. Coordination with the Communication department in the efficient use of communication tools and efficient printing of documentation and advertising materials.

11. Leads proactively a team of Regional Business Development Executives and supports them by achieving the goals.

12. Foster a proactive and professional working culture within his/her Business region and their customers.

 

Requirements:


- Major in Building Automation or HVAC engineering degree or above

15 years working experience in HVAC/Building Automation or related field

- Good command of written and spoken English

- Proficiency in computer operation and work related applications (especially in MS Office )

- SAP and CRM knowledge of advantage

- Persuasive ability and ability to interface with customers, suppliers on a professional level

- Thinking and acting in consideration of networked structures

- Skill in evaluating risks and making decisions accordingly

Senior Purchaser (Shanghai)

Main Responsibilities:


1. Placement, tracking and expediting of orders in the assigned field of responsibility with designated suppliers, in collaboration with the global procurement team.
2. Manages the accuracy of the responsible inventory according Belimo's stock- and stockholding policy including involvement in all inventories.
3. Maintains product and vendor information in SAP
4.Ensures quality and delivery history by vendor with ongoing supplier reviews to provide long term beneficial relationships
5.Maintains personal contacts and partnerships with suppliers. Assists purchasing to locate new suppliers and obtain quotes on materials.
6. Assurance of a systematic market surveillance in order to identify market developments. Counseling of parties involved in all procurement matters.
7. Soliciting of tenders as well as preparation of comparisons of tender in collaboration with the parties involved, taking into consideration economic and technical aspects.
8. Conducting of negotiations with suppliers regarding prices, conditions, delivery dates for individual orders as well as assurance of conformance with agreement renewals.
9. Assurance of a logistical processes in collaboration with suppliers and CGM where applicable.
10. Acceptance of incoming orders and determination of their conformance with the applicable organizational guidelines. Assurance of a correct purchase order text as well as execution of the order. Inspection of incoming goods with regard to their conformance with the order.
11. Implementation and tracking of justified complaints as a consequence of defective quality or delay.

Requirements:


- Technical basic training plus supplemental commercial training are advantageous.
- Experience in working with ERP-Systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Must have a minimum 5 years related Buyer experience -International experience is a plus.
